Q: Justin, you’ve been with Young Trucks for over a decade. What keeps you motivated in this industry?
Justin: It’s the people—our customers, our team, and our partners. Every day brings new challenges and opportunities, and I enjoy helping customers find the right truck for their business. I’ve always loved working with fleet managers and small businesses to understand their needs and deliver real value.
Q: What makes Young Trucks stand out when it comes to truck sales?
Justin: We take a long-term approach. Our goal isn’t to just sell a truck—it’s to build a relationship. We want to be the first call our customers make, whether they’re expanding their fleet, spec’ing out a new unit, or looking for support after the sale. We’re proud to represent Freightliner, Isuzu, and Volvo, and bring a consultative approach to every sale.
Q: What's something about you that people might be surprised to learn?
Justin: I was born and raised right here in the Canton area, and I'm proud to still call it home. Outside of work, I stay active - regularly working out and competing in fitness events. Staying physically challenged keeps me focused and energized. I'm also a family guy. Raising my two kids is my greatest joy, and balancing family life with my role at Young Trucks keeps everything in perspective.
